Pond quick reference
1.Planning Liner Size - width + 2x's depth + 2' overlap=WIDTH
length + 2x's depth + 2' overlap =LENGTH
keep one dimension at even size of liner 10',15',20',25',30',50'
2. Gallons - length x width x depth =cubic feet x 7.28= GALLONS
3. Plant Stocking - floating foliage should cover 40-60% of surface area. The smaller the pond the more surface area needs to be covered
4. Snails- one per sq ft of bottom
5.Plant fertilizer- Potted marginals get Arbordale Super Aquatic Tablets bi-weekly. Water Lilies can be fed weekly.
6. Plant depth - water lilies 3" to 3' over pot, Marginals 0"to 12" over pot. Lily like aquatics 3-18" over pot, Oxygenators(bunching plants) at bottom in pots.
